Week 47: Fillin' the font🌊

This week was full of baptisms! So, yesterday I found out that my friend Marcus that I taught in Riverside got baptized on Saturday!! Wahoo!! So so exciting! He was planning on getting baptized when I was there but he just wasn't ready Which is okay! We can't rush people cause then it's too much for them sometimes! 

We also had someone who we taught here in Perris who wanted to go to the Spanish ward cause the time worked better for her who got baptized with her son yesterday!! 

And then our ward share elders had another baptism on Saturday and it was something I've never experienced before for sure! She physically couldn't bend back in the water so they had to dunk her forward and had to do it twice as well! AND the elders didn't tell her to bring a change of under cloths or a towel But me and sis Sterrett helped her as much as we could after lol

And as I said in my last email, many miracles! On Saturday Sister Sterrett wasn't feeling the best and we were going to a service with the elders on Saturday morning  but we weren't able to go Her name is Judie and she's grown up going to church but isn't a member We have been going over and doing lots of service for her but she just hasn't been going to church! We talked to our mission president and all and he said that we need pause her if she isn't coming to church (Which is kinda important) But in the middle of the service on Saturday the Elders called us as we talked to Judie She's had many reasons as to why she doesn't wanna be baptized but she said she wanted to start taking the lessons and be baptized when her husband gets home from the hospital in October! AND THEN we walked into church yesterday and she was sitting there with her grandson!! What?!?! Probably the last thing we expected fr. God. Is. So. Good.

Also pray for California cause its legit on fire! There has been terrible fires and smoke everywhere and it was raining ashes! Lots of crazy things here in SoCal 

I hope you truly know I love you all! As I kneel down each night to pray, I try my hardest to pray for each of you! Please let me know if any of you need extra prayers! AND GOD LOVES YOU!!!! He is always there for you all rooting for you You can overcome anything with Him
