Week 50: Birthday/General Conference🥳

 HEY YALL

New new new week! I had to say goodbye to Sister Sterrett which was actually so sad 

We had the bestest transfer together and I will always say that that is one of my favorite transfers! Love her so so much 

Also, I'M 20 WAHOOOOO Kinda sad, kinda not but like it's weird Thank you for all the birthday wishes too!! 

On Monday night we had a sleepover in the living room and one Sister who went home last week slept on my bed and it was right by Sterretts bed so I legit was half on my bed half on hers and there was not a time where I was not touching someone that night which was actually so fun!

I had a miracle filled birthday! We went to transfers and I saw so many of my friends 

and I also got to go to the temple after!! 

We did baptisms with the hermanas, recent converts, and my comp wasn't there yet so I got to go with them and it was just the best I love the temple so. dang. much!

After, we had a lesson and we couldn't find her where we were supposed to meet her. So we prayed and she called and we found her in the parking lot RIGHT after and she followed us to the church and so we called a member to come and she said yes! We then proceeded to have the most FIRE first lesson with her and put her on date!! What?! So cool. Amazing miracle. We were shock. 

Then my roommates sang me happy birthday with an unlit '0' candle on a Texas Roadhouse roll Definitely a good memory!

THEN on Wednesday I met my cutie comp! Her name is Sister Foote and this is actually her re-assignment cause she's waiting on her visa for Australia! 

She was BORN to be a missionary and I feel like she is training me Especially cause I was 20 min late to actually meeting her and I walked in late in front of everyone...Yay! 

We had such a cool miracle when someone didn't mean to sign up for something on an ad but we got her info and ended up answering questions.  She had The Book of Mormon cause she said that it is a man-made book From what she's heard and we testifying of The Book of Mormon and she like spilled her life story and the spirit was so strong! I love when people just do that cause they feel comfortable

The week was SO SO GOOD then we got supa sick... we were like inside all day yesterday on our death beds and actually took a covid test today (negative) 

 

BUT ITS OKAY CAUSE GOD IS SO GOOD AND GENERAL CONFERENCE WAS AMAZING!! You can't tell me Jesus is not coming after what President Nelson said! I'm so grateful for the prophets and apostles we have on this earth today I hope you all study those amazing talks and see the many blessings that studying their words can bring!
